The PS System one bay wall unit in teak, designed by Preben Sørensen and manufactured in Randers Møbelfabrik in Denmark during the 1960s, exemplifies the elegance and functionality characteristic of Scandinavian mid-century design.

The wall unit features multiple open 3 shelves, ideal for displaying books and decorative items, while its sliding doors cabinet provides spacious storage space.

Its wall-mounted design creates a floating effect, saving floor space while achieving a minimalist aesthetic. It will perfectly fit smaller apartments or bedrooms as well as the bigger interiors simply for adding a mid century touch.

The unit consists of:

two shelves 25×80 cm
one shelf 30×80 cm
cabinet with sliding doors and inner shelf H:50 / W: 80 / D: 45 cm
two wooden wall rails 200 cm long

The wall unit has been fully renovated and it is in excellent condition. The doors work smoothly, and all parts fit together. The wood was cleaned with professional compounds and finished with Danish Oil layers.

The original label PS system is preserved inside the cabinet.

PS System’s vintage Danish design is very popular among this style enthusiasts and it is slightly cheaper than Poul Cadovius wall units from the same period, even though it is a similar quality.
