The Kathryn

Named after Bing Crosby’s wife, Kathryn, this console is closely related to our flagship model, The Crosby.

With a similar overall design to The Crosby, The Kathryn veers away by possessing a more symmetric composition. The turntable compartment is placed in the middle and enclosed behind a lift lid, with a soft-close stay hinge, resulting in minimal vibration being transferred to the phonograph when the lid closes. Below the turntable section are a pair of swing doors that open from the middle to reveal a section for a component to be stored directly below the turntable. Lastly, the outer bays each possess a swing door that opens from the middle to reveal a large amount of storage space.

The Kathryn is available in a variety of woods; pictured is African Mahogany. (Please note, all of our pieces are made out of solid wood with the exception of the back which is a high-quality veneer. This is done for added structural integrity of the piece as well as to maintain the ‘squareness’ of the console over the longevity of its life).
