A small Danish vintage desk from the 1960s enhances a classic mid-century modern design with clean lines and a warm wood finish.

This design makes it a freestanding piece, suitable for placement in the middle of a room rather than just against a wall. The back of the desk has an open storage shelf, allowing easy access to books or decorative items. There seems to be a thicker lacquer coat on the top, that provides very good protection for the desktop, which we have polished.
